Attend a Virtual Open House and Learn More!
Wednesday, February 22 at 7:00 p.m.

Anytime, anywhere.

B-W quality is now literally as close as your computer. For most online graduate courses, there are no required days/times when classes meet, however this is a highly interactive program.  Much of your work will be done independently, when and where it fits your schedule.

Some courses in the School Leadership program feature synchronous communication with a fixed, live online cohort component.  The Reading Endorsement program requires a summer term practicum component which is in-residence, on-campus.  Campus housing will be available on a limited basis.

Taught by full-time B-W faculty.

This program is led by the same full-time faculty who teach courses in B-W's MAEd program on campus.

Team-supported learning environment.

Students will form an online cohort, completing the program together.  Small classes, dynamic peer-to-peer discussions and intense faculty support put our graduate licensure and endorsement programs ahead of other online programs.

Admission and Enrollment

Apply online.    Admission to these programs is selective.  Candidates must be licensed teachers, and will be considered based on a variety of criteria including strength of academics, recommendations and teaching experience.  Please check each program for specific admission requirements.

Accepted students will be expected to complete their program online as a cohort.

Students who are seeking their initial teaching license (License+Master's program) are not eligible for these online programs.

Earn the Master of Arts in Education - Online!

The courses and practica in these licensure and endorsement programs may be used toward completion of Baldwin-Wallace College's master's degree.  Students would only need to complete an additional four or five courses to earn the Master of Arts in Education degree.  One of these courses, EDU 514 Educational Technology, is offered online.  With approved graduate transfer hours for three of the remaining courses, students may complete the MAEd in Mild/Moderate Educational Needs, Literacy and School Leadership primarily as online programs.
