College Borrowers
The following persons have full borrowing privileges from Jones Library upon presentation of a current Baldwin-Wallace College identification card, or other identification as specified below:
1. Registered students in good standing.
2. Faculty members (full- and part-time).
3. Administrators.
4. College staff.
Special Borrowers
The following persons may apply for limited borrowing privileges at the Jones Music Library. Current Baldwin-Wallace College students, faculty, administrators and staff already have borrowing privileges and need not apply.
1. Emeriti faculty.
2. Baldwin-Wallace College Alumni.
3. Residents of the city of Berea who are over the age of 18.
4. Current High School students are not eligible.
5. Administrators and faculty members in the Berea School system.
6. Teachers in local school districts who supervise Baldwin-Wallace College student teachers.
7. Clergy members serving the United Methodist Church.
8. Clergy members serving any local congregation.
Proof of identification and address are required to apply for Special Borrowing privileges.
