Praxis II
All teacher licensure candidates are required by the B-W Division of Education and the State of Ohio to pass the Praxis II examination (Principles of Teaching and Learning and Subject Assessment/Specialty Area Tests) in order to be eligible for an initial teaching license. Since 1999-2000, B-W has maintained Praxis II Summary and Academic Content Area pass rates of over 94%:

Praxis III
Praxis III is a performance-based assessment of beginning teachers required by the State Board of Education in Ohio. For the past four years, 100% of B-W graduates completing the Praxis III assessment passed.
