Dr. Gail Eichman
Dr. Gail Eichman is an associate professor in the Division of Education in the area of Early Childhood Education. Gail earned a bachelor's degree in Individual/Family Studies and Gerontology with a focus on Child Development from Kent State University and a Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Early Childhood Education from Cleveland State University. She received her Ph.D. in Urban Education with a specialization in Learning and Development from Cleveland State University in 2001. Gail has over 22 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education. She has worked as a preschool teacher, administrator and consultant. Her current research interests include the use of rewards and punishments in the classroom and play in early childhood.
