Dr. Clayton Dusek
Dr. Dusek is a Full Professor in the Division of Education and also serves as an informal advisor to students who are pursuing licensure in AYA and Multi-age fields. He earned his Ph.D. in School Administration from the Ohio State University in 1982. He joined the faculty at Baldwin Wallace after a successful career in public education. He taught physics and math at Fairborn Baker High School, served as junior high principal and superintendent in Mount Gilead, Ohio, and was superintendent of both the Athens City Schools and the Avon Lake City Schools. He teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses and continually seeks ways to remain current and active in the educational profession. His wife is a retired preschool director and his two children are also educators.
