Teacher education candidates enrolled in clinical practice are supervised by faculty within the Division of Education. Baldwin-Wallace College adjunct supervisors are selected for their experience and expertise in the discipline and in their teaching. To a great extent, the success of the teacher education candidate's experience will depend upon your understanding of the clinical practice situation and the communication that you establish with the candidate and the cooperating teacher.
