Designed for the new manager who is stretched to take on new assignments, has increased leadership responsibilities, and limited time to manage it all. This certificate series prepares you to succeed now and in the future. Each course wil provide you with tools, resources, and tips to use every day.

Requirements:
To earn the Management Development Certificate series you must complete four full day courses and one half day course. The Certificate Series can be completed in as little as 10 weeks or as long as 18 months - you decide based on your needs.

Program Cost: $1,316
Program cost includes enrollment in four full-day and one half-day courses, refreshments, and program materials.

9 a.m. -  4 p.m. or 9 a.m. - noon

Programs are held at either Baldwin-Wallace College Berea or B-W East campus in Beachwood.
