Cancellation Policy

Full payment by cash, check, money order, or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover) or prior arrangements must be made before the start of a program to guarantee registration. Company or government purchase orders will be accepted. If you are unable to attend a program, please notify our department at (440) 826-2253 to cancel, transfer or make a substitution.

Substitutions can be made at any time prior to the start of the program.

Management Essentials, Project Management Courses for PDUs and GMAT

  • Cancellations received up to three working days prior to the start date of the program will be refunded the full seminar fee. Cancellations or Transfer registrations made less than three working days will be charged a $50 fee. No refunds will be issued once the program has begun.

Project Management Certification Review Program

  • Cancellations received two weeks prior to the start date of the program will be refunded the full seminar fee. Cancellations and Transfer registrations made less than two weeks will be charged a $150 fee. No refund will be issued once the program has begun.

Myers-Briggs Qualifying Workshop

  • Cancellations received 30 days prior to the start date of the program will be refunded the full seminar fee. Cancellations and Transfer registrations made less than 30 days will be charged a $150 fee. No refund will be issued once the program has begun.
