Change Management

Instructor: Crickett Rastall

Managers traditionally have had the task of contributing to the effectiveness of their organization while maintaining high morale. Today, these roles often have to be balanced off with the reality of implementing changes imposed by senior management. Managers who have an understanding of the dynamics of change are better equipped to analyze the factors at play in their own particular circumstances, and to adopt practical strategies to deal with resistance. This workshop will help you deal with change and provide strategies to bring back to your employees.

This course is designed to enable individuals, through a series of hands-on exercises, demonstrations and group exercises, to manage organizational change. Participants will create sustainable change management plans. Several facilitation tools will be introduced for immediate use in the workplace. The class will contain simulations based on change scenarios, where participants will be able to practice applying these tools. A reference guide will also be given to participants with meeting facilitation tips.
