Overview:
  The Baldwin-Wallace College Leader 2 Leaders is a multiple-session, customizable program comprised of a core curriculum and four elective topics determined by your organization. Core curriculum include a 360-degree leadership instrument used to build individual development plans, an optional mentor training program, project management for leaders, systems thinking, team dynamics, and business ethics. Content is delivered by Baldwin-Wallace College business division faculty, guest subject matter expert lecturers, and outside business leaders.

Who Should Attend:  High potential managers who are now or will be involved in the future direction of your company. Participants must be nominated or sponsored by a department head or executive, or a program can be customized for your company.

Format:  The Emerging Leaders program allows participants to compare business insights and experiences within a trusting environment. Through lectures, discussions, personal assessment instruments and hands-on activities, individuals will evaluate their strengths and weaknesses and reflect on their leadership abilities. Sessions meet once a month at the Baldwin-Wallace College campus in Berea, Ohio.

Faculty:
Sessions are facilitated by Baldwin-Wallace College faculty and guest executives from area organizations.
