Every leader has at least one employee who has struggled to meet the performance requirements for their role. When performance situations get sticky with team members, many of us are uncertain how to handle the situation effectively. Reacting with emotion or ignoring the situation are natural responses, but not the most effective ones. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn proactive positive methods for directly confronting and resolving employee performance problems.
