With the internet and other modern developments, business has become increasingly global.  Yet, many business professionals have not been formerly trained concerning intercultural communication, an essential component of today’s business transactions.

This workshop will provide participants with current theories and concepts that can be applied to intercultural business interactions. In addition, participants will gain knowledge about specific cultural business practices associated with Asian, African, European, and Latino cultures.  Furthermore, this workshop will thoroughly examine the universal communication skills that translate to various intercultural settings.
