Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions are proven approach to gathering and documenting business requirements for system development and business architecture.  The application of JAD requires the successful use of facilitation skills, JAD techniques and documentation techniques.  This course is designed to inform participants in JAD techniques.

Target Audience:

Business analysis, project managers, team leads and team members responsible for gathering project requirements.
