This is not a basic training-the-trainer session for first time trainers who are just learning how to conduct a leadership development program.
The Leadership Spectrum Profile® provides a framework for examining a situation through differing business priorities. An understanding of these priorities enable leaders and teams to zero in on appropriate goals and actions for the situation and challenges at hand.
Now you can focus your leaders on the priorities that get results.
In the past, we have attempted to create great leaders by maximizing their style and developing an identified competency set. Style and skills sets are not the only route to great leadership, In fact, in an era when information changes so quickly, a leader’s business acumen or judgement is also critical. Great leaders must have the capacity to set wise goals, make sound decisions, and communicate plans that engaged the workforce. Leadership is about results.
About the Leadership Spectrum
Designed by Dr. Mary Burner Lippitt, the Leadership Spectrum Profile® is an online profile that helps leaders more effectively examine situations and explore opportunities by expanding their perspectives and understanding six priorities.
The Six Priorities are:

• winning and retaining customers (Catalyst)
• designing a supportive infrastructure and systems (Developer)
• focusing on efficiencies and improving quality (Performer)
• building the culture and developing people (Protector)

Target Audience: This program targets experienced facilitators, coaches, trainers and consultants who want to use the LSP framework with groups and individuals. The program equips you with knowledge on how to apply the LSP in leadership development, individual coaching, team development, strategic planning and conflict resolution.
