Conservatory Outreach Ensembles

We have a variety of ensemble opportunities for children and adults of all ages. Consider joining one of our ensembles!

New!!  Flute Ensemble - Flute Ensemble for High School Students which will focus on elements of ensemble playing with attention to group skill building in technique, rhythm, and musicianship.

Baldwin Wallace Conservatory High School Honors Quartet - Four students (two violinists, a violist, and a cellist) will be selected to participate in this unique new program working directly with Dr. Julian Ross, BW violin professor and chair of the BW Strings Department.

Youth Honors Wind Ensemble - BW's select wind ensemble for woodwind, brass and percussion students in grades 6 to 12. Auditions in September and January.

Triple Threat Music Theatre Program - a Saturday morning program for students in grades 4 to 10 interested in improving their music theatre skills. 

Berea Children's Chorus - A Saturday Afternoon program for students in grades 4 to 8.

Youth Orchestras - We offer four ensembles for beginning (4 months of playing) to advanced high school players.

Fiddling Program - for violin and viola players ages 12 to adult including beginning classes and a performing ensemble

New Horizons - This program offers adults the opportunity to learn and play a string or band instrument.  We teach you everything you need to know, including how to read music.

BW Women's Chorus - For Women ages 9th grade - Adult. Wide variety of choral repertoire written for the female voice.

BW Men's Chorus - Come and sing choral literature written especially for the male voice. 



The Conservatory Outreach calendar consists of two 15-week semesters and a summer session. Although students are accepted all year round it is recommended that students register at the beginning of each semester.
