Conservatory Outreach


Group Classes

We are pleased to offer music classes with professional, degreed instructors. Please call the Conservatory Outreach Office at 440-826-2365 or email us at to register for any of our classes. Class sizes are limited, so register early!

MusicPlay - A music and movement experience for young children and their caregivers. For infants 6  months old and toddlers to 3 years old.

Musical Kaleidoscope - A music experience for students age 18 months to pre-school who have special needs.

Music+Rhythm+Movement classes - A whole body musical experience for children ages 3 to 6 based in the Dalcroze Eurhythmics method.

Suzuki Strings - Students and parents participate together in classes and lessons.  For ages 4 and up.

Primary Voice - Group voice classes for children in grades 2 to 4.

Piano Group Classes - Introductory piano instruction for children ages 5 through 10 and adults.

Triple Threat Music Theatre Program - a Saturday morning program for students in grades 4 to 10 interested in improving their music theatre skills. 

Voice Group Classes & Lessons - Explore your voice in classes available for young teens through adults.

Advanced Music Theory - High school and adult students will learn advanced theory concepts through this year-long course and will be eligible to take the A.P. Music Theory exam upon completion. 

Guitar Group Class - Enjoy classes for beginners ages 9 through adult.

Chamber Music Ensembles - Play in a string trio, quartet or quintet.

Fiddling Program - for violin and viola players ages 12 to adult including beginning classes and a performing ensemble

Songwriting - Ages 15 to adult learn to write lyrics and melodies with notation software. 

New Horizons Beginning Instrument Classes - Group instruction for adults.

Private Lessons are also available on all instruments, including voice, and a number of other areas.          

The Conservatory Outreach calendar consists of two 15-week semesters and a summer session. Although students are accepted all year round it is recommended that students register at the beginning of each semester.

BW offers lessons at an off-site satellite location, the Brecksville Center for the Arts.
