The Voice Department is dedicated to instilling an attitude of respect and professionalism toward the art of singing, helping each student develop his or her own efficient and healthy vocal technique, and reinforcing basic musical and professional skills that will prepare all students for the next step in their musical careers.
Each year, the Voice Department hosts a number of Special Events like Master Classes, Artist Residencies, and Guest Artist Recitals. We also produce one fully staged Musical and Opera in addition to “concert” version productions each semester. This webpage is also equipped with a special Calendar of Events for this year. Acceptance into the Voice Department is through audition.
