Ms. Bussert is currently a Resident Director at Great Lakes Theatre Festival. She has been a guest faculty member at North Carolina School for the Arts and Northwestern University. Her academic service includes serving as a curriculum consultant, director of music theatre workshops, and guest lecturer.
