New Film & TV Studio
The Department of Communication Arts And Sciences unveiled its new video production facility in the fall of 2009. A vital resource within Baldwin Wallace University's Broadcasting and Film students, the facility functions both as a multi-camera TV and recording studio and as a film sound stage. The studio features a full lighting rig and dimming system, a 32 channel sound board, and a switcher. Students have access to industry-standard editing facilities that include Avid and Final Cut Pro software. In addition to producing high quality video the new facility will prepare Baldwin Wallace students to enter real-world production situations.
