Well respected in the business community, BW's Organizational Leadership major helps you develop the essentials for success as a leader in business and nonprofit sectors. You will learn about management and leadership, with the goal of applying those skills in a variety of workplace cultures.

If so, the streamlined A2B in Organizational Leadership may allow you to finish their bachelor's degree in as few as 21 courses! This A2B program leads to the BA in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Human Resources. Your curriculum is planned for you; you’ll take just a few courses at a time, or attend full-time if that fits your schedule better. Attend on campus in Berea, Beachwood or online!
