You will learn to effectively manage people and produce organizational efficiency in a complex, competitive and increasingly global business environment.

Well-respected in the business community, a B-W degree in management emphasizes strong theoretical knowledge with experiential learning.  Our professors have decades of corporate, non-profit and government agency experience that is national and international in scope.

Experiential
Interning at renowned corporations and leading government agencies in Cleveland and nationwide offer you real-world experience.  You also can get involved with our Business Advisory Council, Corporate Roundtables and award-winning Students in Free Enterprise organization.  B-W’s new Center for Innovation and Growth puts you at the forefront of helping to promote economic development in Northeast Ohio.

Personal
Class sizes range from 15-20 students.  Whether it’s participating in group discussions, community or corporate partnership programs, or professional student organizations, you’ll interact with B-W faculty and business leaders focusing on today’s relevant business issues.

Versatile
Fifty percent of B-W’s business students pursue graduate work toward an M.B.A. or J.D. within five years of graduation.  Careers in management include:

Associate's to Bachelors' Program (A2B)
Already have an Associates' degree?  
Complete your bachelor's degree in Management in as few as 21 courses!  The A2B in Professional Business is open to students 25 years or older with any associate’s degree from a regionally-accredited institution.  This program was designed for adult students who may have completed a technical or vocational associate’s degree.
