Donald W. Bogus is president of Noveon, Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Lubrizol Corporation), a global supplier of high-performance specialty products for personal care, coatings, plastics, and various industrial products, with headquarters in Brecksville, Ohio. Mr. Bogus joined the Lubrizol Corporation in 2000 as vice president and was responsible for the Fluid Technologies for Industry business section. A native of Cleveland, he earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry from Baldwin-Wallace College and serves on the B-W Board of Trustees as well as the Business Division's Advisory Council.

Martin Zanotti
Mayor, City of Parma Heights
for his work in the public sector
Marty Zanotti became mayor of Parma Heights in January 2000. His political career started when he was appointed to the City Planning Commission in 1989. He was elected to City Council in 1991 and served as Council President from 1993-1995 and from 1997-2000. As mayor, he has developed a long-term economic development program for the city that includes the city's first mixed-use residential/retail development, Greenbrier Crossing. Over the last several years, he has become one of the leading advocates for a regional approach for local governments in Cuyahoga County. He has led the effort, along with Baldwin-Wallace College, to create a common fire district among a number of southwestern suburbs.
