Helping Businesses Help Themselves....

The Entrepreneurship Center at Baldwin-Wallace College is a one-stop business development clinic providing resources for entrepreneurs.  Services include complete business plan development, coaching, market analysis and financial forecasting. Other services will be provided as needed.  These personalized services are delivered through a series of meetings designed to address the specific need of your business.

The Business Clinic (BC) assists small business owners and entrepreneurs in creating a business plan. A business plan is critical for the success of a business, and we have many services to assist in the process. Not only is this a useful service for start-ups but established business's as well.  The BC can assist in a strategic review and action planning for the long-lived success of your small business.  

      • Business Plan Reviews: In our Business Clinic, you will meet with a student consultant and and volunteer business executive for a thorough review of your business plan.  Whether you have already written your business plan, or just getting started, this is a resource that will ensure you have a strong business plan.  This is accomplished through a series of meetings.

        Everyone benefits from the experience:
          • Students participating in the BC get to participate in an experiential learning opportunity.
          • Volunteer executives are linked with community organizations and the business community.
          • Supports the growth of the entrepreneurial and small businesses in northern Ohio.
  • Business Plan Coaching:  If you have already completed your business plan, this is your opportunity to have it reviewed and receive feedback during a one-time visit.  You will submit your business plan to the clinic and a student consultant and a business executive will research its feasibility and present you with their findings.

  • From Ideas to Opportunities:  Have a great idea?  Are you wondering if it could become a new business venture?  This service will evaluate the feasibility of your idea and help you turn it into a business plan.
