Investment Club
Students in the club serve as investment managers, stock analysts and portfolio analysts, making decisions about how the portfolio is allocated across various types of assets as well as which assets to buy or sell.
The purpose of the club is to provide interested students practical experience in all aspects of the investment management process. The club is open to any student with an interest in finance and investments. Current members range from freshman to graduate students and include both U.S. and international students. In addition, club members regularly interact with members of the Cleveland investment community.
The club advisor is Dr. Kevin Jacques, associate professor of finance and a former economist at the U.S. Treasury Department in Washington, D.C.
