With experienced students, staff, and professional mentors, we are the first step in guiding you on the sustainability roadmap to make positive impacts on social, environmental, and economic aspects of your organizations.

Our Mission

Dually, the SC will provide the clear-sighted roadmap to sustainability for any Northeast Ohio organization as well as provide professional experience for students which can translate into future careers in sustainability.

Who We Are

We are BW alumni, students, faculty, and professional mentors that all want to see Northeast Ohio foster sustainable efforts throughout its communities. Learn about us on the SC Team page.

What We Do

Each fee-based project includes two deliverables at completion:

  • a final written report in electronic form
  • a formal presentation of the analysis, typically including projected ROI

Projects may take anywhere from 1-4 months to complete, where our consulting team of BW student consultants, a lead consultant, and professional mentors conduct the analysis and recommendation work. In most cases, projects focus on ways to reduce immediate and short-term operating costs through more sustainable methods and devices, while also providing environmental benefits.
