Romeva Prcela
Romeva is the Director of Taxes for Moen Incorporated. She is responsible for strategic planning and
analysis to achieve minimized effective tax rates on a worldwide basis. Prior to her experience at Moen,she spent over 15 years in public accounting, most of that with Deloitte & Touche and Plante & Moran, providing tax and business advisory services to owners and management of privately held organizations.
She has extensive experience in FAS 109, Accounting for Income Taxes and FIN 48, Accounting for
Uncertainty in Income Taxes.
Romeva is a CPA and has a B.S. in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University and a Masters of Accountancy with a concentration in Tax, also from Case Western Reserve University.
She is the Treasurer for the Tax Executives Institute.
