Mike Marinis
Mike Marinis has over thirty five years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management. He is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for the Paint & Coatings Division of The Sherwin-Williams Company. The Paint & Coatings Division is the North American Supply Chain for Sherwin-Williams, manufacturing and distributing Sherwin-Williams, Dutch Boy, Minwax, Thompson�s Water Seal, Purdy brushes and other well known brands of paint and related products. The Paint & Coatings Division has over forty manufacturing, distribution and R&D facilities and employs over eight thousand employees.
In previous assignments, Mike has had HR responsibility for external sales and marketing, International sales and operations, and was the VP of HR for Gray Drug Fair, a 600 unit Drug Store Chain owned by Sherwin-Williams.
Mike has been an adjunct instructor in the Executive MBA program at Cleveland State University, past president of New Life Community, a transitional housing program for single women with children, and member of several HR Management professional organizations.
Mike holds an MS in Management Science from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ and a BA in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
