Prof. Lutz teaches full time in the Baldwin-Wallace College undergraduate and graduate programs in the areas of Marketing. He has an undergraduate degree in Business and Education from Baldwin-Wallace College, an MBA from Case Western Reserve and a doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Lutz is also the president of Lutz and Associates, a full service marketing and management consulting practice.
In addition to marketing, he has a background in Organizational Behavior which he has taught at the graduate level and has consulted with many family businesses in North East Ohio specializing in succession planning.
His consulting experiences range from designing marketing plans, sales incentive plans to improving bottom line performance with improved employee/employer relations. Dr. Lutz was selected to design the job consolidation program at CPC-Parma (General Motors).
Professional activities has taken him to Japan, China, Brazil and Saudi Arabia. He has been the key note speaker at numerous conferences. His seminar topics include group dynamics, leadership skills, effective delegating, motivation, and creative marketing strategies.
Dr. Lutz is married and lives in Berea and Sarasota, Florida. All three of his children are second generation graduates of B-W.
