Tom Bonda, an attorney and marketing professional, is presently Vice President of Business Development at OuterBox Solutions, an Akron based marketing and web development firm. He has spent the majority of his professional life developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies. Tom was co-founder of Salls-Bonda, an advertising/marketing agency best known for unique marketing campaigns and promotions. He was also Director of Business Development for the Lake Erie Monsters.
Tom is a Lecturer at Baldwin Wallace University and the University of Akron, teaching entrepreneurship and marketing, and working as a consultant in the Baldwin Wallace Business Plan Clinic. He is also serving his fourth term as a member of the Orange City Schools Board of Education. Tom is a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Cancer Society, serving as chairperson of the Income Development Committee and served as the Greater Cleveland Chair of SmokeFreeOhio, the successful initiative that prohibits smoking in restaurants, public places and work environments.
Tom is a native Clevelander residing in Pepper Pike, Ohio, with his wife and three children. Tom earned a BS in Business from Arizona State University, a JD from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, completed the Executive Program at Indiana University Graduate School of Business and is admitted to the Ohio Bar. He enjoys cycling and is a four time participant in the American Cancer Society Pan Ohio Hope Ride from Cleveland to Cincinnati.
