Barbara Rethas is a 1983 alumna of Baldwin-Wallace College in the Division of Business Administration. Following graduation, Barb worked as an office manager for a software developer. She has been the department secretary/office manager since 1986. Barb also serves as the building secretary for the Life & Earth Science Building and is actively involved in the Discover Iceland program. Apart from her service to the College, Barb has ventured into private franchising with Leo Enterprises, enjoys travel and is raising two kittens.
