The Office of Institutional Research & Assessment for Academic Affairs provides resources and support for BW faculty to conduct assessments of student learning and support the vision of providing a maximal learning experience for all students. Through the use of assessment practices, reflection and action plans, the director and the assessment advisory committee support BW faculty to continually improve teaching methods. Each academic program measures student learning, provides information on strategies used to achieve outcomes and identifies which programs and experiences have the most powerful impact on student learning.
